CWC25182 - Wolverhampton Home Improvement Agency (HIA) Adaptations
Notice Description
City of Wolverhampton Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced contractors to deliver Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) funded adaptation works to domestic properties across the city, enabling disabled residents to live more independently and safely. The scope is expected to include, non-exhaustive: internal adaptations such as level access showers/bathroom alterations, associated plumbing and electrical works, minor building works including more complex adaptation packages where required, and external works such as access improvements, handrailing/driveway works and dropped kerb interface works, including making good. The contract is split into three geographic Lots, aligned to HIA operating areas and Social Care boundaries: Lot 1 (East HIA Area), Lot 2 (West HIA Area), and Lot 3 (North HIA Area). Lot 1 - East
Renewal: 12 months with 2 extensions available. The contract extensions will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the supplier as identified via key performance indicators.
Lot 2 - WestRenewal: 12 months with 2 extensions available. The contract extensions will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the supplier as identified via key performance indicators.
Lot 3 - NorthRenewal: 12 months with 2 extensions available. The contract extensions will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the supplier as identified via key performance indicators.
