Notice Description

The Authority aims to appoint a number of Contractors to Civil Works Framework in Yangon covering renovation, decoration, masonry, carpentry and general engineering services. The scope includes project-based upgrades, repairs to structural elements, and refurbishment of building interiors and exteriors. Services will also cover HVAC, roofing, waterproofing, metal works, fuel tank servicing, lightning protection, security infrastructure, and related engineering solutions. Plumbing and electrical works, including installation and replacement of systems and components in line with UK standards, are included. The Framework will support timely delivery of civil works across the Authority's Yangon estate.

Upon submitting their expression of interest, suppliers may also indicate if they wish to register on Jaggaer to participate in the upcoming tender. Information gathered through this engagement will assist the Authority in refining the final procurement approach. Participation in this PME does not constitute any commitment to tender nor guarantee inclusion in the subsequent procurement stage.
