The scope of works includes replacement of several flat roofs and replacement of a pitched roof including rain water goods and fascia/soffit replacement, window refurbishment/replacement, stone repair to a listed building, external security door replacement, replacement of a calorifier, replacement of fan convectors, external stair replacement, internal decoration, partial ceiling grid replacement and upgrade of changing areas. Additional information: The contract is estimated to be for a period of 46 weeks with the contractor expected to start on site during March 2027 and be complete by February 2028.
