ORR rail operations consultancy on West Coast Mainline and Wales and Western operational issues
Notice Description
As capacity utilisation on the WCML remains a contentious matter and ORR will shortly have to decide on these applications, we are seeking an independent (to ORR) review of Network Rail's evidence to take place in parallel to our own process, in order to provide assurance that decisions taken are consistent with capacity and performance priorities.
