This includes the provision of daily meal services, hospitality arrangements where required, and any associated free issue catering requirements. The proposed contract term is an initial period of three years, beginning on 1 August 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance and agreement by both parties, the Trust may extend the contract for up to two additional periods of twelve months each. Any extension will be on the same terms and conditions as the original agreement, with the total contract duration not exceeding five years.
