Summary of the contracting process

The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust has engaged in a public procurement process for "Digital 3D modelling of LRI, GH & LGH" which falls under the services category of Survey analysis and Survey services. Taking place in Leicester, England, this process reached the award stage on 17th March 2026. The detailed project involves aerial surveying using drones for geospatial modelling, with the contract set to commence on 31st March 2026 and end by 12th April 2026. The procurement method utilised was 'limited', suggesting a focused competition below the standard threshold. The buyer, operating under central government public authority classification, conducted market testing amongst five suppliers to ensure a robust solution was selected that met the institution's precise requirements.
