Summary of the contracting process

The Ministry of Defence is organising a Joint C-UAS Office Security Briefing Day, described as a Request for Information (RFI), set to take place at RAF High Wycombe on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at 13:00 in the Spitfire Auditorium, Site 1. This briefing falls under the category of 'Military electronic systems', focusing on strategic discussions related to UAS/C-UAS activities both in operation and within the UK Homeland. Although the event is in the planning stage, interested parties must submit Expressions of Interest by Friday, 3 April 2026, with attendance restricted to one person per company on a security-cleared basis. This briefing aims to inform industry partners and does not initiate any procurement activity or contract commitment.

This event presents an opportunity for businesses in command, control, communication, intelligence, surveillance, and electronic warfare systems to engage directly with the Ministry of Defence. Companies specialising in these fields will benefit from insights on the latest C-UAS developments, which could guide future collaboration and project opportunities. Participating in such briefings enhances industry visibility and facilitates networking with other entities working in defence-related sectors. The event is ideally suited for organisations, both established and emerging, that possess the necessary security credentials and technical expertise in military electronic systems, providing a platform for growth and potential partnership in upcoming endeavours.
