This Direct Award is for the annual Newspaper Licensing Agency (NLA) fee for use of NLA copyrighted content in FCDO's media monitoring services for the financial year 2026 to 2027. This license is purchased from the News Media Access and is the only regulated body able to supply the required copyright licence. It is also a recurring annual licence.

No reasonable alternative supplier exists.
