Notice Description

Wolverhampton City Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement to inform the potential procurement of a Planned Building Maintenance and Minor Works Framework. The engagement will seek supplier feedback on the proposed scope, lot structure, value bands and delivery model for a framework covering projects generally valued between PS5,000 and PS500,000. This notice is for information-gathering purposes only and is not a call for competition.

Wolverhampton City Council is seeking feedback from interested suppliers in relation to a proposed Planned Building Maintenance and Minor Works Framework. Interested organisations are invited to review the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) documents and submit a written response to the questionnaire via the Council's e-tendering portal at www.wolverhamptontenders.com by the stated engagement deadline. The purpose of this engagement is to help the Council better understand market capacity, supplier appetite, the proposed lot structure, value bands, delivery model and any practical considerations that should be taken into account before any future procurement is commenced.
