Notice Description

The service provision will be for a Framework to cover all Building Capital Repairs, Maintenance and New Build including a variety of disciplines for the Council's public buildings and properties portfolio consisting of 1897 properties, including, but not limited to the following property categories; * Colleges, schools and associated educational centres * External grounds, recreational centres, public conveniences, cemeteries * Residential * Commercial including offices * Courts, museums, galleries, theatres and libraries * Markets, depots, industrial units Properties that may be added or removed from the Council's portfolio throughout the term of the Agreement.

Lot Information

Window/ Glazing & Associated Doors

Planned glazing, window and associated repair/replacement works across Council buildings.

Roofing

Planned roofing works, roof repairs, replacements, surveys and associated maintenance works.

General Building up to PS50,000

Lower-value general building maintenance, repairs, minor works and small refurbishment projects up to PS50,000.

General Building PS50,001 to PS500,000

Higher-value planned general building works, refurbishment, structural repairs and asset upgrade projects between PS50,001 and PS500,000.
