Carefully Decommission, Strip out and Remove the following items to the skip on site: 4x WC Pans, 2x Urinals, 5x Basins, 4x Cubicles, 1x Drinking Fountain, 28sqm Vinyl Flooring, 28sqm Solid Ceiling, 8x Lights, 2x Sockets, 6sqm 100 mm Brick Wall, 1x Door only, 1x Door and Door frames, 3x Radiators, 2x Hand Dryers, 1x Carefully remove for relocation water heater, 1 x extraction vents/fans, 7sqmwall tiles, 1 x install lintel to create new opening. Flooring Floor Finishes supplied and installed as follows: 28sqm Vinyl Flooring including primer and latex self levelling compound, 35lm Vinyl upstands (Cap and Cove), 2sqm Make good flooring, 1x Install new connection into manhole for new toilet waste run.
