Lumero Educational Trust (formerly Inicio Educational Trust) - Financial Management Software Tender There are 12 schools in the Lumero Educational Trust family - 4 secondary schools and 8 primary schools, united by a shared commitment to transforming lives through exceptional education. Our schools vary in size and have a combined student numbers of 7,429 in the school census of October 2025, with approximately 950 staff. We are committed to excellence, having great aspirations for our children and young people, and encouraging them to seek out and take hold of opportunities. Our drive for excellence is supported by our collaboration, both between our schools and with our excellent support service providers. Further information regarding the Trust can be obtained here: https://www.iniciotrust.org/ Tender information: This tender is for the provision of financial management software to the Inicio Educational Trust The contract term being tendered is for three years, 1st September 2026 - 31st August 2029. There is an option for a further extension period for up to two additional years to 31st August 2031. Key requirements are: a single contract across the thirteen entities (12 schools and the Trust), provision of the necessary software to meet our technical requirements and the provision of a user-accessible help desk, portal and remote access within agreed hours. The Trust requires a completely cloud based finance system solution compatible with both Microsoft and Google. The solution must be DFE Chart of Accounts compliant, have comprehensive financial transaction, search capability, transaction and journal capability, with seamless links between finance and budgeting modules. The Trust is not obliged to accept the lowest price submitted for this tender, rather they are keen to secure 'best value'. The trust seeks a contractor that is keen to work in partnership and who will deliver both a cutting edge solution and the highest levels of support at all times. Competitive Flexible Procedure This procurement will be run under the Competitive Flexible Procedure. This will follow a two stage approach, with stage 1 being the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ). Here a minimum of 5 candidates (or less, in the event less than 5 meet the minimum criteria) and a maximum of 10 candidates, will progress to stage 2. Any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement and a minimum score of 60% must be achieved. Selected tenderers will then be invited to stage 2, the Invitation To Tender (ITT). Here, the evaluation of tender response will be set as 50% price, 25% technical capability and 25% support. Value of contract: The annual value of the current contract is PS53,000 Therefore the value of this contract is PS265,000 Additional requirements and information: *The Trust has a minimum requirement for a contractor's employers' liability and public liability insurances of PS5 million *The minimum annual turnover that your company must have achieved to be considered for this opportunity is PS200,000 *The services are currently provided by Access Education and Iris PS Financials. *Please note this is a growing Trust and any other schools that may join the Trust during the tenure of this new contract may, at the Trust's discretion, be added to this contract. *The client reserves the right not to appoint in conclusion of this project.
