Procurement Information

The Council is relying on section 41 of the PA23 (direct award in special cases) and Schedule 5, paragraphs 5 and 6. Due to the intellectual property of the key text and practice guides and the lack of the reasonable alternative for these supplies, these sections are brought into effect.
