    "description": "This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The Standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on Wednesday 8 April 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the Direct Award Process under PSR. When the standstill period has closed and the contract has been awarded to the intended provider, a Corrigendum will be completed and linked to this Contract Award Notice (intention to award) to declare that the contract has now been awarded. The contract award criteria were specified in the procurement documents. Bracknell Forest Council used a prioritisation framework to decide the relative importance of each of the specified key criteria The 5 specified key criteria are prioritised as follows: 1. Quality and Innovation 2. Value 3. Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 4. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability 5. Social Value The above criteria were prioritised in accordance to their importance to the successful delivery of the service. Following an assessment of the Provider against this Key Criteria, Bracknell Forest Council are of the view that the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard. Written representations should be sent to procurement.team@bracknell-forest.gov.uk by the end of the standstill period (midnight on Wednesday 8 April 2026) The award decision-maker is the Executive Director of Place, Bracknell Forest Council in conjunction with Executive Director of Resources, Bracknell Forest Council.
