In-Building Coverage Service
Notice Description
In-Building Coverage Service to Provide a boosted 4G/5G Cellular signal to Vodafone Trust supplied mobiles, at the Homerton Acute site.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The 4G/5G Mobile phone signal strength is extremely poor throughout the Acute site at Homerton Row, Hackney, London E9 6SR. This solution will boost 4G/5G signal to Trust deployed Vodafone mobile phones The solution is needed to ensure a good 4G/5G Mobile phone signal strength throughout the Acute site, and address a registered risk that the Trust carries. If the solution is not taken forward there is an increased risk of a clinical incidents due to not being able to reach a free fixed line phone quickly or attending an on site incident away from a fixed line phone, also will remove the need to hunt around finding a good cellular signal, to make receive calls. Vodafone are converting Homerton funds that have been provided as part of the contract to a Vodafone coverage solution (that can only be provided via Vodafone directly).
