This tender is at the Planning stage, with a preliminary market engagement session set for April 17th, 2026, offering interested suppliers detailed information about the requirements. The services will be located in London and seek to engage young people aged 11-19, extending to 25 where applicable, with a mix of centre-based educational activities and wellbeing support. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs), as well as voluntary and community sector enterprises (VCSEs), can leverage this procurement to expand their service offerings. The contract aims to embed inclusive and trauma-informed practices within youth work, making it an ideal prospect for organisations with a strong focus on cultural competency and LGBTQ+ affirmative support. Companies that possess or can lease suitable venues in Tower Hamlets will have added leverage, given the emphasis on delivery from dedicated buildings with safeguarding measures. The financial value of the contract is projected at £100,000, grossing £120,000, thereby providing a significant monetary incentive for businesses demonstrating the necessary expertise and commitment.
