The principal building is approximately 40m in height over six storeys, plus plant space. The scheme includes enabling works, strategic satellite projects (e.g. MSCP, Research and Education building) and the main hospital build. The hospital building qualifies as a Higher-Risk Building (HRB) for the purposes of the Building Safety Act Part 3 (design and construction).",
