Contractors must submit a price for each Lot they wish to be considered for, as per table 1 in the Services Specification. Each Lot will be evaluated independently, and a Contractor may be awarded one or more Lots. Contractors may also provide a price per tonne (PS/t) for exclusive tonnage (Lot 5). Each Lot will be evaluated separately with each Lot scoring up to 90% each."
