eDisclosure service for Inquiries Response Unit
Notice Description
Disclosure service for both electronic and paper records to support the Home Office's response to public inquiries, which cannot be done in-house due to a lack of technical software, and a lack of capacity and capability in resource.
Procurement Information
There is not enough time to run the tender process and then set up the technical capabilities to onboard a new supplier for this work. New inquiry is due to launch at the end of March 2026 and there is a significant risk that the department must provide information in a matter of weeks, which would not be enough time to run a competitive tender. Anexsys has the specific technical capability we require to transfer our information to them. Onboarding a new supplier and managing our technical integrations would take time that we do not have and incur unnecessary costs.
