Call-Off Contract from the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14) for the provision of Online Sexual Health Service.

Lot 1
East Sussex County Council are intending to award a new contract to an existing provider following the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award C for the delivery of a Online Sexual Health Service. The online service model consists of a fully integrated e-sexual and reproductive health services. The contract initial duration will be for two (2) years commencing on 1st November 2026, with an option to extend the duration of the contract up to 24 months at the Council's discretion. The Procurement Partner and Chief Officer have approved this award after review of the evidence against the key criteria, which was prioritised as below, with the most important at the top: 1. quality and innovation 2. value 3. integration, collaboration and service sustainability 4. improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 5. social value Additional information: The contract value stated within this Notice value includes the extension option.
Options: Following the initial contract period the duration of the contract may be extended for a period of up to 24 months at the Council's discretion.
Procurement Information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PRS) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
