Mid Yorkshire Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking to engage with the market to inform the potential future procurement of executive recruitment and search services. The services are expected to support appointments to senior roles, including: Chair positions Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) and Associate NEDs (ANEDs) Senior Executive roles (e.g. Band 9 / Very Senior Manager level) The authority is exploring a more strategic and flexible approach to recruitment, including: Proactive talent identification and pipeline development Early engagement with potential candidates prior to formal recruitment Flexible delivery models tailored to individual appointments
