Satellite Applications Catapult Ltd procured one modular, controllable aerodynamic wind-flow generation system. A credible future competitor would need to design or supply a modular system capable of producing configurable, highly repeatable aerodynamic conditions, backed by evidence of comparable technical performance and relevant experience. Strong implementation planning would be important, including clear installation requirements, commissioning support, technical guidance and transparent responsibility for delivery and unloading. Suppliers would also need to manage infrastructure dependencies such as three-phase power and coordinate software or system integration with the buyer’s IT team. Lot 1

Options: We reserve the right to add the ability for a water ingress requirement in the future at additional cost. Replacement parts will be purchased in case of fault to ensure continues up time of the equipment.

Renewal: Only in exceptional circumstances a further extension period of 16 weeks in case of unexpected delays must be agreed by both parties. A contract change note would be required and signed by all parties.
