The services required by the Contract include but are not restricted to: * Visual Fire Door Surveys * Intrusive Fire Door Surveys may be required as the Contract term progresses * Fire Risk Assessments to residential properties (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) * Fire Risk Assessments to corporate buildings (including Type 1,2,3,4 where applicable) * Fire Risk Assessments to Sheltered and Extra Care Accommodation * Fire Risk Assessments to Temporary Accommodation * Pre and Post Occupation Fire Risk Assessments * Compartmentation Surveys
