Greater Manchester Combined Authority procured facilitation services for three Greater Manchester Equality Panels: the LGBTQ+ Equality Panel, Older Peoples Equality Panel, and Women and Girls Equality Panel. Evaluation weighted Values and Skills at 25%, Community Understanding, Panel Development and Panel Delivery at 20% each, and Social Value at 15%.
