The Supply and Installation of Domestic Kitchens
Notice Description
Swindon Borough Council has a requirement to replace obsolete Kitchens as part of the asset refresh on cyclical basis. The work required under this contract is the removal of existing kitchens and supply and installation of new kitchens to properties across Swindon, including all associated preparation, plumbing, electrical, decorative and flooring upgrades and works. The initial contract term will be for Three (3) years with an option to extend for a further Two (2) years. Estimated contract spend is PS3.3m excl. VAT across the initial 3 year contract term and PS6.6m excl. VAT (PS7.92m incl. VAT) across the potential total Five (5) year contract term.
