Planning Information

Coventry City Council’s (CCC) existing contract for their Children’s Social Care and Early Help services is due to expire on 31st March 2028. Coventry City Council is preparing for a future procurement of a new Children’s Social Care system with the intention of an initial contract term of 7-years and 2 * 12 months optional extension, starting from 01/04/2028 until 31/03/2037 including the extension period. This procurement exercise will be performed though CCS Framework – RM 6259 - Vertical Application Solutions – Lot 2: Education, Community Health and Social Care Solutions, only with suppliers registered on the framework and submit their EOI for present DEMO of the solution followed by participation in Tender exercise, by 17:00 – 17th April 2026. MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT (MANDATORY) Event Period – 3days Date: 29th April 20026 – 01st May 2026 Time: 09:30 – 15:30 every day. Time Allotted: 1Hour and 30mins per Supplier Platform: Microsoft Teams Submit your EOI via correspondence thorough e.
