Peterborough City Council (PCC) is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the future commissioning of specialist respite provision for adults aged 18 to 65, including transition age young adults (18-25). This includes people with: * Learning disabilities * Autism * Mental health needs * Complex behaviours and support needs This PME is intended to: * Test market appetite, feasibility and delivery models * Understand timescales, costs, risks and barriers * Inform the design of a future procurement, including whether this should be delivered via a full tender or alternative compliant routes.
