"Provision of temporary traffic management services that shall include the supply, erection, maintenance, removal and any relevant checks associated with, but not limited to, planned road closures, planned diversions, planned mobile works, planned temporary traffic signals, event management design, partial or full design for traffic management schemes and provision of relevant signs, equipment and vehicles.
