Notice Description

United under the TeamUCL Brand, Students' Union UCL invites proposals from sports clothing companies to provide playing kit and leisure wear for TeamUCL. The intention is to engage a supplier for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods to a maximum of five years. The appointed supplier will work closely with TeamUCL colleagues to ensure we are provided with exciting, wearable clothing designs that meet our requirements set out in this tender. Annual expenditure on teamwear orders is estimated to be in the range of PS50,000-PS70,000, with an additional PS8,000-PS12,000 generated through individual or online shop orders.

Options: Annual expenditure on teamwear orders is estimated to be in the range of PS50,000-PS70,000, with an additional PS8,000-PS12,000 generated through individual or online shop orders. While these figures are an accurate estimate, Students' Union UCL provides no guarantee as to the level of spend under this contract. The contract includes an option to extend for up to 24 months in two 12-month periods. The pricing for the first year of the contract shall be fixed. The supplier may request a price review for subsequent years, any such request must be submitted with a minimum of three months notice. Any price increase must not exceed the Consumer Prices Index (CPI) for the relevant period. All assumptions relating to inflation or price adjustments must be clearly detailed within the proposal.

Renewal: We intend to engage a supplier for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods to a maximum of five years. Extensions are to be agreed in writing by both parties a minimum of 90 days prior to the contract end date.
