Notice Description
Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) is to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Vascular Grafts and Associated Surgical Consumables to Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI).
Lot Information
Vascular Graft, Collagen Impregnated Polyester, Externally Supported and Non-Supported
Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. The Buyer reserves the right to increase the product range depending on service user requirements. The Estimated Total Contract value will be advertised at PS3,777,000.00. This includes the full extension period options and provision for a modification of up to 50% of the original contract value during the contract term to accommodate any increase in demand or changes in service requirements. Any such increase will be applied at the rates and terms set out in the original framework and will not alter the overall nature of the framework.
Renewal: The Buyer will have the option to extend the contract for any period or periods together totalling no more than 24 months.
