        "description": "You are invited to submit a tender for Phase 2 Roof Works at Cwrt Rawlin Primary School. The scope of the project is fully described in Appendix 1 but in summary the scope is: * Pitched Roof Renewal * All works must be carried out and completed over the Summer period between 20th July - 30th August 2026. * Renewal of 8NO. existing roof lights. * Allow for all necessary protection to existing roof areas not included and all internal furnishings, fixtures etc when replacing roof lights. Ensure rooms are cleaned on completion. * Elevations to be fully scaffolded, must include fixed staircase and internal barrier to floor edge. * Heras anti climb fencing to be erected around the complete perimeter of the scaffolding, a minimum 1-2m outside base of scaffolding, to provide complete segregation between works and building/school users. * No Doorways, gates or walkways are to be blocked off during the execution of these works without the prior written consent of the contract administrator. * To the areas noted on drawing number A001, provide and fit new lightweight roof covering including all new lead valleys, flashings, structural roof battens, breathable under cloak, and all necessary ventilation, etc. * All to be as the attached technical specification or similar approved. * Lead to be Code 5 to gutters and valleys with Code 4 to be used everywhere else. * Form new lead collars and soakers where existing pipework penetrates the roof. * Removal, safe storage, refit and commission of existing PV/solar panels. See attached PV Panel fixing detail. Contractor must include for all new compatible brackets, rails, clasps etc.",

Please remember to register with Caerphilly this ensures that you will be alerted to all relevant opportunities. 9.Terms & Conditions - Read the terms and conditions of the use of this Supplier Portal and tick the box to denote you have read and understood the terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree you cannot complete the registration process. Once you have agreed click on the blue arrow to move on to the next stage. 10.Insert a password for the admin user and repeat it. The password MUST be between 6 and 50 characters in length. It must contain at least 2 number(s). Once completed select 'Complete Registration' and you will enter the Supplier Home page. 11.From the Home Page, go to the \"Opportunities\" icon, all current opportunities will be listed. Click on the blue arrow under the field 'Show Me' of the relevant opportunity then click to register your interest on the applicable button. 12.Refresh your screen by clicking on the opportunities icon located on the left hand side, to view the opportunity click the blue arrow. 13.Note the closing date for completion of the relevant project.
