Summary of the contracting process

Platform Housing Limited is actively in the planning stage of a tender process for the provision of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments. The procurement addresses EPC assessment services across several regions in the Midlands, including Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire, Rutland, and Northamptonshire. This engagement invites expressions of interest through a structured questionnaire accessible via a Monday.com form, with submissions due by 22nd May 2026. The potential contract, valued gross at £700,000, aims for a start date on 1st September 2026 and could extend through to the end of August 2029, with possible renewals into 2030. This opens avenues for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow their market presence while delivering compliant and efficient energy assessments.
