As part of this engagement, the Council intends to: outline the proposed scope and scale of the future service; explore different models of LGBTQ+‑affirming safe accommodation; understand accommodation availability and constraints within Manchester; explore opportunities for partnership or consortium delivery; and identify potential market risks or barriers to delivery.
