Under the Procurement Act 2023, YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for primarily public sector organisations and bodies. The framework will a service framework where YPO will be looking to appoint a sole provider. This is a renewal of the previous framework 001142 - Digital Marketplace (under the now obsolete Public Contract Regulations 2015). The aim of this framework is provide customers with compliant access to a Digital Marketplace. The purpose of this document is for suppliers to provide information regarding their business, capabilities and offering so that YPO can understand this prior to advertising. At this stage, any questions asked are just for scoping the market and are in no way associated to any future bid for the framework.
