Please note there are some changes to the works comprised in contract (Section A. 1.01) which states: 'The scope of work comprises: The demolition of a redundant timber framed staff changing and storage block and the construction of a new prefabricated modular building complete with external footpaths, drainage and landscaping works to form a new Maternity Bereavement Suite all within Block 38 adjacent to Robert Watson Maternity Ward, Northampton General Hospital.
