Suppliers will be ranked according to the evaluated scores and Customers will be able to call-off by direct award to the first ranked Supplier without re-opening competition. If the first ranked Supplier notifies the Customer that it is unable to supply or fulfil the full requirements under a Call-Off Order in accordance with the terms and conditions, including price, the Customer may then require the second ranked provider to fulfil the requirements in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Framework.
