The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement Notice is to invite potential suppliers to attend an online presentation on Monday 11th May 2026 at 10am, followed by a site visit at 2pm. The presentation will inform the market about the upcoming tender for War Memorial Park Play facilities, focused on the replacement of the water feature and enhancement of the play area. The session will also be used to gather market intelligence to help shape the final tender documentation. The scope of work may include, but is not limited to: * Design and installation of a fully accessible and open Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) * Design and installation of a children's play area

Suppliers who do not attend a presentation will still have the opportunity to tender once the Invitation to Tender is released.
