Summary of the contracting process

Wales and West Housing Association Ltd has bought the supply, installation and maintenance of straight and curved stairlifts for its housing properties. The work is divided by region across Wales: North Wales, West Wales and South Wales. The supplier is expected to work alongside the association’s in-house team, covering both installation of new stairlifts and ongoing maintenance. This is a service requirement combining stairlift supply with lift repair and maintenance; delivery is across Wales.
