Notice Description
The contract is for the provision of a 12-month Executive Coaching Programme to support leadership development and cultural improvement at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The service includes individual executive coaching, situational and live coaching aligned to the King's Improvement Method, executive team development sessions, and structured diagnostic and evaluation activity. The programme is designed to strengthen leadership capability, embed improvement-focused behaviours, and build sustainable internal capacity through knowledge transfer and a structured handover.

The contract was awarded following a mini-competition (further competition) conducted under the NHS SBS Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework Agreement (Reference: SBS10197).
