                "description": "It is anticipated the single chosen supplier will receive an order(s) in advance of the academic year, although they may also be required to provide ad-hoc content as required throughout the contract. While Jisc purchases the e-book content on behalf of its members, there is a collaborative approach to choosing new titles every year: four Focus Groups representing the four UK nations is given the responsibility of assessing and scoring the new titles on offer each year during the annual purchasing round. Jisc is provided with a fixed budget which will be used to cover costs for the platform and all required digital content. The budget and required content is subject to variation, and precise commitments for orders can not be guaranteed at the outset of the contract.",
