The contract will commence on 1st September 2026 and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with its terms, will continue until midnight on 31st August 2028. At the Authority's entire discretion, the term may be extended by up to 12 months - 1st September 2028 up to 31st August 2029 and 1st September 2029 up to 31st August 2030, on the same terms for such period(s) in accordance with the contract. The total estimated Contract value (excluding VAT) circa PS412,000 over the total four (4) years.",
