Provision of Car Park Management System and Associated Services
Notice Description
Leicester City Council is seeking to procure a fully integrated Car Park Management System (CPMS) including the design, supply, installation, commissioning, support, and maintenance of car park management infrastructure and associated software solutions across the Councils multistorey car parks. The Council is seeking a modern, reliable, and scalable solution capable of supporting operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue management, and future technological developments. The successful supplier will be required to provide ongoing maintenance and support throughout the contract term, including service desk support, fault response, planned preventative maintenance, and lifecycle management.
