Notice Description

The University of St Andrews' Residential & Business Services (RBS) team invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced security companies for the provision of security services across its residential accommodation portfolio. The contract will cover term-time student accommodation, winter shutdown periods, and summer guest and conference accommodation. The successful contractor will deliver a professional, reliable, and customer focused service with appropriately trained and vetted security personnel that supports the safety, security, and welfare of residents and guests while working collaboratively with RBS staff and the RBS Security & Response Team.

RBS invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced security companies for the provision of security services across its residential accommodation portfolio. The contract will cover term-time student accommodation, winter shutdown periods, and summer guest and conference accommodation. The successful contractor will deliver a professional, reliable, and customer focused service with appropriately trained and vetted security personnel that supports the safety, security, and welfare of residents and guests while working collaboratively with RBS staff and the RBS Security & Response Team. Services will include but are not limited to: Reception cover and active patrols Responding to incidents, alarms, and resident enquiries Monitoring building integrity and fire systems Supporting students and guests in a customer-facing environment Full details available in the procurement documents.
