Notice Description
Forsta Plus is a secure, scalable multi-modal survey platform which manages advanced logic, CAWI, CATI, CAPI, qualitative research and analytics all in one place. It comprises Survey Designer (for creating and launching surveys), SmartHub (for synchronising and structuring data), and a live telephone interviewing console (for managing CATI interviewing in real time).
Procurement Information
Due to an absence of competition for technical reasons and there are no reasonable alternatives, only this supplier can supply the services and works required. There is incompatibility between existing systems/equipment and new services that would result in time consuming and complex redesign and modification which would be unacceptable in the circumstances, resulting in significant cost and/or delay to an important service.
