Notice Description
Leidos Supply Ltd. intends to award a framework agreeement for the provision of Pfizer Solus Pharmaceutical Products for the UK Ministry of Defence. The agreement will be for the duration of 3 years. Team Leidos/MoD reserve the right to include additional Pfizer Solus products into the agreement that fall within the advertised CPV codes. The estimated 3-year value is PS4,500,000.00 GBP.
Procurement Information
Pfizer Limited are the exclusive manufacturer for these Pharmaceutical products. We intend to award to Pfizer Limited under PA 2023 Schedule 5 Paragraphs 5-7 - Direct Award Justifications The following conditions are met in relation to the public contract-- due to a particular supplier having intellectual property rights or other exclusive rights, only that supplier can supply the goods, services or works required and (b) there are no reasonable alternatives to those goods, services or works.
