Summary of the contracting process

The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, has initiated a tender process titled "Recruitment, Advertisement/ Promotion and Engagement" focusing on marketing services within the public authority's central government regulatory framework. This active procurement is seeking a strategic partner to develop and deliver a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy. It aims to address both immediate and long-term staffing needs by improving the service's recruitment campaigns. Furthermore, the tender encourages participation from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and offers a promising project for businesses looking to expand their client base and reputation via a public sector collaboration, especially in the Tyne and Wear region. The evaluation criteria give significant weight to quality, finance, and social value, making it crucial for prospective providers to demonstrate excellence in these areas.
