Recruitment, Advertisement/ Promotion and Engagement
Notice Description
North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) is seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative brand communications company with the expertise to help develop and deliver a comprehensive recruitment marketing strategy. Support is needed in executing recruitment campaigns that will address our immediate and long-term recruitment needs and help us achieve critical staffing levels across the service. We require additional capacity and dedicated support to attract applicants to the service and increase applications by advertising the Trust as an employer, key job opportunities available and vacancies, both online and offline. The appointed provider will work collaboratively with in-house recruitment and communications leads to strengthen NEAS as an employer of choice across a range of workforce groups and career pathways. We require a strategic partner capable of delivering high-quality recruitment marketing campaigns, compelling workforce storytelling, creative campaign assets, advertising support, and associated communications materials to support attraction, recruitment and retention objectives. We are looking for this work to be delivered between July 2026 - March 2027 with options to extend if budget approved.
