The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Award decision-makers; NHS Devon ICB Procurement Oversight Group No conflicts of interest, or potential conflicts of interest, were declared by any decision makers. The decision to award this contract in line with Direct Award Process C was based on evaluation against the 5 required key criteria, with weightings applied as follows: Quality 45% Value 45% Integration: Pass/ Fail Improving equalities: Pass/fail Social Value 10% Assessment of the provider was based on evidence available through their existing contract with the ICB and publicly published information. Xyla scored highly for value based on benchmarking and KPI performance as well as financial sustainability. Quality of delivery is deemed satisfactory with a good level of responsiveness, clinical outcomes and turnaround. They have strong reporting arrangements in place with CRM reports and weekly caseload updates. Appropriate integration with other services is in place and compliance with National CHC framework. The service is responsive to the needs of individuals. Xyla evidence social value through a commitment to Net Zero, appropriate employment and staff support programmes and involvement with charities and local communities.",
