Control of Contractors Portal
Notice Description
Transport for Wales is seeking to understand the market for a software solution to support a Control of Contractors (CoC) portal across its station network. The proposed solution should support the safe and effective management of contractors working on site, including (but not limited to): Contractor compliance and onboarding Access control and permit management Real-time visibility of contractor activity Integration with existing systems where appropriate This engagement is not a call for competition. It is an opportunity for suppliers to help shape the future procurement approach. Transport for Wales welcomes responses from organisations of all sizes, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Planning Information
Transport for Wales will undertake preliminary market engagement via a supplier questionnaire supported by a scope document, rather than a supplier event, to ensure a consistent and accessible approach. The engagement will inform the market of the upcoming requirement, explore available solutions and functionality, and gather feedback to shape the procurement strategy. Suppliers may submit responses and raise clarification questions. Participation will not influence any future procurement. Link here to the questionnaire and high level scope overview.
