Notice Description
IDS (The Employer) is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the Guttering Maintenance & Clearance Services procurement. Guttering maintenance and clearance is a critical asset management function. IDS is seeking a reliable, experienced contractor to deliver annual gutter clearance and reactive guttering maintenance across the estate.

Renewal: The Contract may be extended for a further period of up to two (2) years, subject to the satisfactory performance of the Supplier. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority and on the same terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed.
