Lancashire Combined Fire Authority procured vehicle repair and maintenance services through a closed framework for its operational fleet. Each lot was scored 70% on quality and 30% on price; economic and technical selection criteria applied. Five bids were received for heavy repairs, three for light repairs and one for electrical maintenance.
