Adult Social Care Case Management System
Notice Description
The purchase of an ASC case management system (CMS) will assist social workers with case recording and ensure that the department is compliant with the Care Act 2014 legislation. The system must support a collaborative process which: assesses, plans, implements, co-ordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individual's health, social care, educational and employment needs. It will do this by using communication and available resources to promote quality cost outcomes. Please note that dates and values are estimates only at this stage.
